**About the Role**
**What You’ll Do**
- **Collaborate with software development teams to identify potential quality issues in the early stages of product design.**
- **Conduct regular audits of software functionalities to ensure they meet the necessary quality standards.**
- **Work closely with manufacturing clients to understand their quality requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.**
- **Communicate with stakeholders about quality issues and lead the discussion on solutions and enhancements.**
- **Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating client feedback and industry best practices into our development process.**
**What We’re Seeking**
- **Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.**
- **2-5 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment.**
- **Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the specific quality challenges within the supply chain sector.**
- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.**
- **Strong communication skills to articulate complex problems and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.**
- **A commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to keep pace with technological advancements in manufacturing.**
- **Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.**
