**Materials Planner**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supply Plan**: Based on the Demand, define the Supply Plan considering any supply limitations, lead times and capacity constraints. Proactively identify potential issues that can impact demand and provide information on time to improve any decision making. Deliver a supply plan which is an optimal reference for all replenishment activities in the scheduling horizon and considering Lubrizol **Metrics** (DSI, Forecast Accuracy, Demand Accuracy).

Create and Follow up to Intercompany purchase orders (STOs)
- **Inventory Management**: Define and maintain appropriate inventory levels by reviewing system-proposed safety stock levels on a monthly basis to ensure a timely material availability and minimize the impact of demand volatilities. Monitor Days of Coverage to review the inventory position and initiates actions to achieve target.
- On monthly basis, Review Stock levels, identify risk and define actions for Non Working and Slow Moving materials.
- **Communication**:On time Communication with Commercial Stakeholders and Supply Chain Team (Customer Service, Logistics) to inform changes, risks or any detail that can impact the Supply and Demand and that can help to the decision making process.
- **Supply Review**: Prepare Supply reports and participate in any meeting as needed (Rolling Forecast meetigs, Supply/Demand Review), share accurate information to Sales and Customer Service. Participate as needed on Supply-Demand review meetings with Customers.
- **Master Data**:Maintain and optimize all planning-related master data
- **Finance**:Support End Month Closure Process - GR//IR
- **Support **any continuos improvement projects to optimize Supply Chain efficiency.

**Education / Skills**
- Bachelor: Business Administration or related.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Result Oriented
- High Communication Skills
- Technical experience in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint) (required)
- SAP knowledge (required)
- English-language skills (advanced required)
