**Marketing Campaigns Specialist**

The Marketing Concepts Specialist has the responsibility to create strategies and execute the North American marketing activity plan for assigned campaigns based upon input from relevant stakeholders and the Campaign Center of Excellence Team Leader. This role supports the execution of the North American media relations plan as well as local exhibitions and events
- Develop campaign strategies and activities with a digital first philosophy to fit our omnichannel strategy.
- Focus on developing specific customer journeys and content mapping to enhance overall customer experiences.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event integration, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, and copywriting.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Drive campaign execution and project management through collaboration with internal marketing team, agencies, and key cross-functional partners, including Sales, within a hybrid environment.
- Report on performance measurement of campaign objectives through SMART KPIs, campaign monitoring, and provide insights with focus on continuous improvement based on in-depth analysis.
- Support execution of press and advertising plans.

Support and integrate campaign customer journeys into the North American exhibition strategy.
