- CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in the administration and coordination of the quality system. It is responsible for implementing and maintaining the System in the following Quality ProgramsHUT Protocols-

Water & Critical Utilities-
Product Conformance- Communicate monthly the status of the implementation and measurement parameters (KPIs)
- Participates in internal audits of the quality system and coordinate the monitoring of corrective and preventive actions points audited.
- Coordinate efforts and resources of the departments to solve deficiencies, to establish improvements and take corrective actions for non-conformities of audit findings.

Participate as a trainer to achieve the understanding and interpretation of quality standards; Likewise, it provides advice and guidance on this matter to personnel who request it.
- Coordinate and supervise correct compliance with system procedures. As well as Develop and support the implementation of continuous improvement projects in processes.Coordinates Implementation and compliance of the following standards-
GQS013 Product Recovery & Recall-
- Manage Product Recovery & Recall programs. Ensure all testing is performed according to Corporate Procedure and policies and adhere to good documentation practices.
Set up and administrate the Sample Release Process to ensure all samples that leave Colgate Control related to The GTeDs Developments are properly identify and can be Recover or Recall any time
Lead the Annual Mock Recovery and Recall Exercise for both categories, make sure the Local and Global SOP compliance
Ensure Reports are created at the end of the Mock Recovery & Recall and the Global Database is updated.- Ensure everybody that needs to be communicated receives the Report.**DELIVERABLES**Mock recovery & Recall Reports

- Must conduct a risk analysis to determine which validation activities are required. Cleaning and sanitization procedures must be included in the risk analysis
Lead, Develop & implement training for the Validation Team

- Validate the design, installation, operation and on-going performance of the Formulation Water system including Cleaning and Sanitization Procedure
Ensure Water systems have procedures for start, stop, operation and emergency shutdown.
Perform Annual risk assessment for the entire water system and its major components
Ensure Sampling plan in place, and all sample points identified and monitored
Implement and monitor Process Control, ensure any deviation is being documented and investigated.
Routine monitoring systems must be in place for all critical utility systems Calibrate all critical instruments and control devices according to a defined schedule and label all devices as to calibration status and due date.
Use a defined protocol to determine the system outputs and operating parameters to meet the design criteria under normal and challenge conditions
