**Job Details**

**What you will do**:
Under the supervision of the Commercial and Reporting Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing commercial reporting and analysis to the business that contributes to the decision-making process. The role requires regular interaction with a variety of internal and external contacts including the PBU Finance Sr Director, Sr FP&A Manager, Pricing Manager, plant controllers and regional sales teams.

**How you will do it**:

- Provide daily, weekly and monthly commercial reporting and analysis with flawless execution.
- Support and collaborate with Sales Ops team and plant controllers to ensure daily sales data reliability.
- Recognize inconsistencies in commercial and financial data and initiates and manages the appropriate corrective action.
- Support PBU Financial Planning Cycles (monthly Outlook, quarterly Forecast and annual Budget)
- Perform standard margin analyses by region and product line.
- Develop, standardize and automate commercial and financial performance reports using different reporting tools and data sources.
- Identify and incorporate new key data points into commercial models.
- Support Ad-hoc requests coming from different levels of organization.
- Assist with special projects and analysis as needed.
- Continually work to improve commercial reporting accuracy and functionality.

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or Reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas and conditional formatting, pivot tables, lookups, etc) and PowerPoint proficiency.
- HFM/Essbase, OneStream and BI tools knowledge (e.g. Power BI, MicroStrategy) highly preferred.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Strong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumen.
- Self-driven, proactive and quick learner.
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
