**What you'll do**
- **Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience**.
- 3+ years of experience in **Software Engineering and Data Analytics**, leveraging data to drive business decisions.
- Development experience using **Java, JavaScript, Python**, and **Pega Automation Systems (1+ year)**.
- Proficiency in **CI/CD tools and pipelines**(e.g. Tekton, Cloud Build, Jenkins).
- Strong ability to understand and operate in a **global business context**, aligning data strategies with corporate goals.
- Experience in **managing multiple priorities**, working collaboratively across **cross-functional and international teams**.
- **Process mapping and business strategy development**, optimizing workflows and decision-making through **data-driven insights**.
- **Results-driven, detail-oriented**, with a strong focus on key performance indicators and **business impact assessment**.
- Expertise in **team leadership**, fostering high-performance environments with a **“can do” attitude**and self-motivation.
- **Advanced English proficiency**(written and verbal) for stakeholder communication, presentations, and reports.

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong experience in **Agile methodologies**using **JIRA, Rally**:

- 1+ year of experience in **cloud development and deployment**(e.g. GCP, Azure).
- Expertise in **cloud service implementation and optimization**, leveraging tools such as **Terraform, BigQuery, and GCP**.
- **Great communication and presentation skills**, able to translate complex technical insights into strategic business recommendations.
- Deep understanding of **software engineering best practices**, including:

- **Clean Code and Software Craftsmanship**:

- **Paired / Mobbing programming**:

- **Test-Driven Development (TDD)**:

- **Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development**

- Design/Develop/Test/Deploy: Work with the Business Customer, Product Owner, Architects, Product Designer, Software Engineers, and Security Controls Champion on solution design, development, and deployment.
- Provides the mechanism for an effective stakeholder relationship.
