**What will you do?** The main purpose of this postions will be activities related to productivity improvements and Coordinate both legal and corporate training requirements, and work to eliminate waste of time, money, materials, person-hours, machine time, energy and other resources that do not generate value. **Responsibilities**: - Legal Training: Ensure all employees are up-to-date with compliance and regulatory requirements. This might include regular workshops or e-learning modules. - Develop and coordinate training programs that align with the company's strategic goals. This could include leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills training. - The position will develop, recommend, and implement changes which will result in the improvement of manufacturing processes and or product quality. The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment is critical to your success General Motors. - Develop, status, and analyze Manufacturing Master Schedules in sufficient detail to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner. - Optimize sequence of operations and work flow. - Create crew plans to ensure resources are properly allocated and utilized effectively. - Create metrics to monitor schedule progress and help identify risk areas. - Work to improve efficiencies through waste elimination and process improvements. - Perform data analysis to establish shop metrics and tackle complex problems. - Provide Technical support and assistance to manufacturing and maintenance team members, production supervisors and production associates **Additional Job Description**: **Job Title** JR-202511162 Industrial Engineer / Training (Open) **Work Appropriately** On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis. **Additional Job Description** **Required Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s Degree: Industrial Engineer, Organizational Development, Business Administration. - Advacnced english.
