TE Connectivity's Quality Assurance Teams are responsible for all or part of an organization's Quality Management System, including conformance and continuous improvement initiatives. They work on systemic evaluation of products, services, facilities, manufacturing or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met. Develop and implement quality plans, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. They reviews, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, investigate problems and executes quality audits, and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, customers, or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.

**What your background should look like**:

- Controlled documentation audits to verify the use of the latest revision.
- Communicate non-conformities, as well as take part in the teams of corrective / preventive actions or continuous improvement.
- Responsible for receiving, controlling, archiving manually or electronically the Operating Instructions, Visual Aids and Preparation and Adjustment.
- Analyze and capture data and files in the quality control system
- Adopt and promote the preventive measures and Health and Safety procedures established by the Company to avoid accidents or illnesses.
- Participate in the implementation and development of the Company's Management Systems, Certifications and Programs.
- Perform any other activity required by your Supervisor or Manager.
- Give courses to the personnel of quality system (ISO 9000).
- Identify and report to management the operations out of
- control that are corrected quickly.
- Maintains quality records of in
- process and outbound inspections, groups and distributes reports as appropriate.
- Review of applicable quality procedures

**Requirements**:

- Languages: ENGLISH 75%
- Education: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING OR SIMILAR
- Minimum Experience: 1 YEAR IN A SIMILAR POSITION

COMPETENCIES: Interpretation of drawings, Measurement devices, MS Office, Control Plans
