**What our Account Representative do**:
- Enhances account profitability by looking for sales opportunities outside the Strategic agreements
- Processes the customer’s order by entering it into the sales database for quote processing and delivery schedules
- Expands product knowledge by utilizing all resources including product literature, factory representatives, product managers, sales managers and other sales representatives to be able to discuss product options with customers and sell TTI strengths.
- Participates in the TTI Total Quality process by following defined policies and procedures to maintain efficient sales cycle, following logical and systematic approaches, while the goal being to reduce sales errors and uphold quality to the highest level
- Provides management with information regarding sales, marketing techniques, new products and market strategy by preparing forecast and activity reports on account territory.
- Participates and attends sales calls with Strategic Account Managers, Sales Mangers, and Field Sales Representatives to develop sales relationship and trust with the customer and TTI. Increased sales are result of good relationship sales.
**What we look for**:
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish.
- Ability to use the computer system proficiently.
- Knowledge of, or the ability to learn company product lines, services, policies, and procedures.
- Must have good telephone etiquette and ability to write routine business correspondence.
- Maintaining a high level of commitment to personally getting things done
- Recognizing and understanding customers' needs and delivering in a manner that exceeds customers' expectations.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with individuals outside their work group
- Convincing others to buy a product or service
- Identifying the needs and motives of both parties involved and working toward mutually beneficial agreements.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with people inside and outside of the organization
- Upholding a high standard of fairness and ethics in everyday words and actions
- Having the skills, knowledge and abilities necessary to be effective in the specific functional content of a job
- Effectively dealing with work related problems, pressure, and stress in a professional and positive manner.
