**Summary**
Responsible for SSC Finance North America to ensure a high service level provided to the internal/external customers, compliance with the internal and external requirements in the processes under his/her responsibilities and seeking for continuous improvement and process optimization.**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- Accounts Payable (AP); To manage the balances, ensuring transparency and accuracy of all relevant information and authorizations in line with MAHLE Group Financial/Cash Management and Approval and Signature Guidelines
- Accounts Receivable (AR); To manage the balances overdues, ensuring transparency and accuracy of all relevant information and authorizations in line with MAHLE Group Financial/Cash Management, Credit and Collection and Approval and Signature Guidelines
- Travel and Entertainment (T&E); Ensure efficient and effective T&E processes in alignment with the Global and Regional Travel and Credit Cards Guidelines.
- Stakeholder relations; Maintain a relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the processes alignment and proper responses to escalations received through different sources.
- Internal Controls System; Maintain an internal control system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over SSC Finance activities in alignment with MAHLE Group Risk Management strategy.
- Compliance with local external regulation e.g., tax requirements in all existing activities.

**Your Skills & Strengths**
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or finance
- Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years experience related to Finance in a Shared Services environment & leading teams.
- Manage Finance processes within SAP environment
- Fluent in English and advanced skills; Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Reasoning; Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and interpretation in a mathematical / graphical form
- Digitalization/Application of technology to optimize transactional processes
