First Brands Group is hiring for a Plant Manager for our TRICO division for our plant in Matamoros, Tam.

**The Plant Manager will assist by ensuring the implementation of strategies and policies aimed at achieving the operational and financial results of the plant, which are usually production volumes, quality standards and production cost in accordance with the plant's business plans. Direct staff to achieve corporate and plant goals.**

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning the amount, as well as the use and exploitation of resources assigned according to the parameters established by the Director of Operations and reviewing the support and resources through organizational charts with titles, responsibilities and defined authorities, via processes and procedures. of the documented system.
- Responsible for defining goals and objectives of each of the departments in accordance with the guidelines established by the company. As well as strategic plans optimizing competitive advantages.
- Responsible for the objectives and goals at all levels of operations and plants.
- Establish programs to reach and exceed goals, as well as a manufacturing vision.
- Periodically evaluate internal and external performance to timely identify contingency plans.

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 7 years of experience in similar position.

Problem solving, teamwork, strategic thinking, communication

English advanced

Experience in automotive industry, injection molding, projects, budgets.
