Our Working Model

We offer a hybrid work model that combines the best of both worlds. At our company, you'll have the freedom to work remotely while also having designated office days to connect with colleagues and foster teamwork.

Our office working days are structured to optimize productivity and collaboration. Monday to Thursday are designated to work on-site and Friday to work from home. Our office is located at Parque FINSA Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon.

Working hours for this position is Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Job Summary

Join our team as a Finance Intern and embark on a dynamic journey into the world of financial management. This internship offers a hands-on experience in various aspects of finance, providing you with valuable skills and insights to kickstart your career in this field.

This is What You Will do in This Role:

- Accounts Payable support for mexican entities.
- Processing of Tax Invoices for third party customers.
- Follow up and control of Intercompany accounts receivable.
- Elaboration of payment complements (Fiscal Requirement).
- Intercompany invoicing for Mexican entities.
- Control of tax documentation and internal documentation.
- Internal operation reports
- KPIS (Inventories, shipments, etc.).
- Support in accounting activities

What We are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree student in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (preferably from the 6th semester onwards).
- Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate - Advanced).
