Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced **Product Manager**to lead multiple product teams focused on improving the client onboarding experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary owner for one or more systems, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver value to both internal and external customers
- Collaborate with the Product Manager of Client Onboarding & Accounts Technology to align strategic goals with execution through a well-defined product roadmap
- Oversee system plans and supporting documentation, including resource planning, stakeholder requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
- Develop deep expertise in the Client Onboarding product area, leveraging product management and design thinking methodologies to foster innovation
- Partner with organizational leaders to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with the product vision
- Lead matrixed product teams through mentorship and influence, driving alignment toward product objectives and fostering team collaboration
- Work closely with adjacent product teams to ensure consistency and cohesion in the broader product strategy

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successful solution delivery
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams of at least 5 members in roles such as Product Owner, Manager, or Architect
- Experience participating in at least two complete project lifecycles or successfully launching a product or key capability to market
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions
- Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in delegating tasks and optimizing team efficiency through effective leadership
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with stakeholders across the organization
- Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle software development within an Agile framework
- Strong sense of ownership and product orientation to drive initiatives to completion
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate and build relationships with clients and stakeholders

**Nice to have**
- In-depth knowledge of financial services practices, with a focus on client onboarding or contact relationship systems
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager to demonstrate expertise and commitment to professional growth
