Now we are looking for this position**:Material Planner**:

- Main Purpose_
The Material Planner manages the supply of raw materials and supplies for the entire product portfolio that LatAm sells from supplier to customer. In addition, it provides support to optimize the supply process, which implies minimizing inventories, reducing write off, monitoring coverage, minimizing the risks of stocks out.
- Accountabilities / Responsibilities_
- Supply Planning knowledge
- SAP Knowledge
- Start the MRP Execution process in SAP system.
- Monitor supplier purchase orders
- Evaluate supplier deliveries
- Determine the Purchasing needs of raw materials, packaging and supplies - with daily, weekly and monthly frequency
- Analyze inventories on a daily basis
- Analyze plant consumption - actual production vs. planned
- Control and execution of Work Flow WF to create new material codes
- Issuance of reports of the operational indicators of the supply chain area (slow movement, Days On Hand DOH, Days in Inventory DII).
- Update the SAP system parameters for direct materials (Bill of Materials BOM).
- Review the levels of coverage of raw materials
- Seek for productivity for the area
- Generation of purchase orders for suppliers
- Coordinate delivery dates with providers
- Analyze sales closings weekly and monthly to update supply plans
- Support different types of projects associated with portfolio changes. (new grammages, product recalls, etc)
- Recommend and propose improvement projects in planning and / or productivity processes

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- 2 years experience in similar positions
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Process Management and Project Evaluation
- English intermediate level
- Management of SAP MRP and Inventory modules
- Computer skills - command of MS Office (Advanced Excel) and Power BI desired
- Dynamic, proactive, skills for numerical analysis, leadership and ease of interaction in multidisciplinary groups
