Senior Scrum Master at BairesDev
As a Senior Scrum Master, lead multiple agile teams with your advanced understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies. Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring other Scrum Masters, refining agile practices, and driving the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring a high-performing and efficient agile environment.
What you will do
- Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in advanced Agile methodologies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as a change agent, helping the organization to adopt and improve Agile practices.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to align Agile practices with strategic business goals.
- Facilitate effective cross-team coordination and integration in complex projects.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization's Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Provide thought leadership in Agile methodologies, contributing to the broader Agile community.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile scaling frameworks and complex Agile implementations.
- Extensive experience in coaching teams, other Scrum Masters, and organizational leaders.
- Strong expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in leading organizational Agile transformation initiatives.
- IT infrastructure and software development process knowledge.
- Advanced level of English.
