Your tasks
Coordination, monitoring and administration of activities in the area of Industrial Engineering to ensure that it has the human and material resources to provide support to the production area.
- Lead the development of strategies for the operation of the direction of Industrial Engineering; supervising the departments of Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, design tools and programmable logic controller. (PLC).
- To supervise the engineering department (PLC) for the detection, diagnosis and resolution of failures both teachers computer equipment and electronic equipment, hydraulic pneumatic measuring physical variables and control equipment
- Conducting new projects; regarding the interpretation of drawings, modifications of areas and tooling design approval
- Coordinate and oversee the development of new lines and / or workstations
- LeaDirect the investment process for the construction of lines, stations, equipment and tools; having direct communication with Frankfurt and Arburn Hills.
- Supervise the design and manufacture of tools and tooling that is done in the Plan
- Direct the implementation of equipment and continuous improvement programs in order to obtain hard and soft savings. Direct and supervise the area preventive and corrective maintenance of both quipos and machinery installed on lines of production and general services (electricity, water, etc) of the plant to ensure its operation according to the requirements of operation contributing to the achievement of overall objectives of the organization.
- Develop strategies to improve the maintenance an Machining industrial engineering areas Coordinate maintenance leaders activities among the Plant Define and coordindates the implementation of strategies which guarantee the availability of the productive equipment according to the operation requirements Validate and reports maintenance, spare part warehouse, work shop & change part management KPI´s
