**Job Summary**:
Responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of a facility, ensuring that equipment, infrastructure, and systems are functioning efficiently and safely. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, budget management, and compliance with safety regulations.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:

- Maintenance Equipment & Facilities Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs of equipment and facilities.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and initiate improvements.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).Implement and enforce workplace safety policies.Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
- Budget & Inventory Management: Manage maintenance budgets and control costs. Monitor inventory of spare parts and tools; plan reorders to avoid delays.
- Cost - responsible for continuous improvement in the value stream to drive month over month cost improvement/reduction
- Talent development - Oriented to specialize the maintenance team.
