**En tu puesto,**:

- Ser responsable de proporcionar todos los entregables a tiempo relacionados a la Gestión de Configuración.
- Construir Planes de Gestión de Configuración para programas de desarrollo de nuevas aeronaves. - Desarrollar políticas y procedimientos de gestión de configuración para Bombardier e identificar y/o impulsar mejoras en los procesos.
- Ser responsable de validar el onboarding de nuevos proveedores y brindar orientación en la resolución de problemas de CM.
- Contribuir al dominio general de conocimientos de gestión de la configuración.
- Participar activamente en proyectos de mejora continua enfocados en nuevas herramientas y procesos para el sostenimiento y desarrollo de programas.
- Presentar temas de CM a cualquier nível de la organización, incluida la alta dirección.
- Desarrollar nuevos empleados y colegas pares en el campo del dominio de Gestión de Configuración a través de capacitación, tutoría y revisión del trabajo diario.
- Tener conocimiento profundo de las actividades de CM dentro del sistema Bombardier y en varias plataformas y además saber cómo se aplican con respecto a la Definición del Producto en Bombardier.
- Contar con un mínimo de 15 años de experiência en el campo de la gestión de configuración de aeronaves.
- Tener un conocimiento profundo del Team Center.
- Conocimientos de nível experto sobre la gestión y el control de la configuración de la estructura del avión y haber desarrollado planes de gestión de la configuración a nível de aeronave.
- Sólido conocimiento de las normas de certificación de aeronaves civiles y experiência en procedimientos de certificación.
- Estar altamente motivado y tener una capacidad comprobada para adaptarte en un entorno dinámico. Ser un líder con excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, un alto sentido de compromiso y voluntad de aceptar responsabilidades mientras actúa de forma independiente.
- Contar con diploma universitario y una certificación CMMI se considerarían una ventaja
