We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Processor Cash Payms and Recs

**Requirements**:
**Principal Responsabilities**: Cumplir con la garantía establecida con negocio para la Operación de los Procesos Atender correos electrónicos, llamadas telefónicas y solucionar casos especiales de las Sucursales respecto al proceso a cargo Cumplir con las garantías, disminuir los PNC, respetar los tiempos de entrega.
Identificar oportunidades para aumentar la eficiencia y la coherencia del proceso.

**Requirements**: Conocimientos en estadística y contabilidad (nível medio) Experiência / habilidades en el manejo de procesos operativos, situaciones críticas, auto-dirigido, innovación y mejora continua. Pro actividad, experiência en documentación de procesos. Experiência en la operación de sistemas para realizar operaciones en los mercados financieros. Experiência previa laborando en alguna institución financiera, o alguna otra área dentro de HSBC.

**Habilidades de comunicación**: escrita y verbal Idioma: inglés nível intermedio
- avanzado Paquetería principal Office: Excel, Word, PPT, Visio
