**Project Quality Engineer - PMO Quality Specialist**:
Join Capgemini Engineering to drive product excellence and cross‑functional quality improvements within an automotive program. We’re seeking a proactive, data‑driven quality professional who loves solving tough problems and delivering results that delight customers.

**YOUR ROLE**:

- **Lead root cause analysis**for product and process quality issues using structured problem‑solving methods.
- **Define and implement corrective actions**that are cost‑effective and permanent, and verify their effectiveness.
- **Manage engineering changes**with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, robust implementation.
- **Drive product validation and testing**to confirm robustness before full rollout.
- **Represent Voice of the Customer**across teams and provide concise updates to stakeholders and leadership.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering**(Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical, Aerospace or related).
- **Strong problem‑solving toolkit**: 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Kepner‑Tregoe, Shainin, DOE experience.
- **Data analysis and reporting**: ability to synthesize metrics into clear actions and communicate to all levels.
- **Change and project management**skills with multi‑project prioritization in lean environments.
- **Excellent stakeholder influence and communication**skills without direct authority.
