We are seeking a **Buyer** to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team in **Ensenada, Baja California**. This is a **full-time, on-site position**.

The Buyer will play a key role in strategically managing the procurement of goods and services, optimizing cost, quality, and lead time, while developing solid relationships with key suppliers.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Receive and validate purchase requisitions.
- Search and request quotations from authorized suppliers.
- Compare offers and prepare comparative analysis charts.
- Issue purchase orders and update ERP systems.
- Design and implement mid
- and long-term purchasing strategies.
- Evaluate and develop suppliers through performance reviews and improvement programs.
- Negotiate framework contracts and service agreements.
- Conduct market analysis and price benchmarking.
- Manage supply risk through contingency planning.
- Supervise and mentor Junior Buyers.
- Oversee import processes and coordinate with customs agents and logistics partners.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
- **+5 years of proven international negotiation experience.**:

- **Advanced English** (negotiations and contracts).
- **Availability to travel.**:

- Solid knowledge of contracts for materials, services, and equipment procurement.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional contract negotiations.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and import regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership and coaching abilities.

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday 8:00-17:30
Saturday 8:00-13:00

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Sueldo: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 al mes
