Currently we are looking for our next: **DVC Make Implementation Leader, Celaya Facilities** **Which is the main objective of this role?** The Make Implementation Lead is the visible manager representative of the Digital Value Chain project at Celaya, Guanajuato Plant. The role is the lead planner, communicator, training coordinator, and change leader for the pilot site. Responsible for the local strategy by developing plans for priorities and processes to achieve the defined project scope/KPIs on time and budget. Qualifications: **What will you be doing?** - Partners with Project Teams (LATAM DVC, MOS, Engineering, Quality, EHS and Site Teams) to lead all project activities - Support all on site activities related to the Smart Manufacturing Project - Execute activities based on project calendar - Execute site trainings for DVC Capabilities - Support and track overall project success metrics and risks from a scope, schedule, KPis - Co-leads project governance process and cadence - Supports the integration of Site SMEs on various teams - Supports and executes the integration plan for site venues impacted by the Smart Manufacturing (MOTOR) - Works across functions (PLAN-MAKE-MOVE) to synchronize project activities **Who are we looking for?** - Education: bachelor in engineering - 3+ years of direct Manufacturing Plan functional experience - Language: Spanish / English fluent - Direct experience with large scale change initiatives - Experience leading smart manufacturing & digital inicatives - Effective written and verbal communication - Project management and leadership skills - Strategic Thinking and Planning skills - Skilled at collaborating across function, sector, and business boundaries effectively - Team Work and Leadership/Coaching capabilities - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively up and down the organization - Computer literate - Manufacturing Site Leadership experience - Ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities - Expert decision-making and problem-solving skills - Ability to determine when to care about the whole picture and when the detail is needed - Ability to work with multiple areas of the organization - Able to design and implement executional strategy - Ability to deliver solid results under high pressure environment / limited time - Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills - Continuous improvement mindset - Experience deploying IT Tools and solutions in operations (preferred) - Controls and Information Systems experience or knowledge (preferred) **What can you expect from us?** - Competitive compensation - A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life - A dynamic and inclusive culture - A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development - Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide - Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs - We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
