As GTC Senior Tax Manager - Americas, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the tax compliance of direct and indirect taxes for the legal entities established in Americas excluded US
- Ensuring all tax balance sheet reconciliations are performed timely and are tying with tax position presented in the tax return
- Ensuring a proper process governance is in place with trackers and KPIs to ensure tax compliance completeness, accuracy and timeliness
- Driving Tax Asset Monetization initiatives with support of Regional Tax Team
- Liaising and working collaboratively with broader tax organization, finance organization and external parties
- Managing and pro-active seeking for process improvement and automation
- Managing all other ad hoc projects as and when they arise.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/law or equivalent.
- CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification in taxation.
- 12 years of working experience with Americas taxation on a in-house multinational. Some working experience in Big4 will be a differential
- 5 years of staff management experience / More than 25 reports
- Possess strong analytical skills with proactive mind-set, with the ability to bring expert advice and problem-solving skills to the team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent spoken and written both Spanish, Portuguese and English

**Desired Characteristics**
- Have previous experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, Global Mobility or Shared Service Centers preferred
- Have written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
