Finance analyst

Principal functions:

- Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
- Processing/handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Conduct reconciliation of accounts payable sub-ledger
- Monitor bank accounts transactions and complete bank reconciliations montly
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing for accounts payable.
- Provide year-end support of auditor requirements, whichi may include research and reconcilenment.
- Assist with special projects as requested on as-neede basis

Job Responsabilities
- Ensure all vendor/consultant invoices are reconrded and processed in a timely manner.
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficientlySetting up new vendor and maintaining up-to-day records.
- Set-up and process online payments via bank wire/ACH/transfers.
- Review and approve vendor/consultant payments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies for vendor/consultant accounts.
- Collaborate with other team members/departments to support financial reporting.
- Perform month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Assist with miscellaneous projects as required by team leaders.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:

- Proven accounting experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Strong excel skills preferred
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skill
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to details
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work with limited supervision
- Credit card reconciliation experience is a plus but not required
- Sensitivity with confidential information

Minimum 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience.
