**Your Role**:
As the Head of Operations at Whitebox Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, developing operational strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with the owners to align operational management with short and long-term business objectives.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of the company, including project management, logistics, and administration.
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Assure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all operational functions.
- Manage the company’s resources, including facilities, equipment, and personnel.
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on operational performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with federal and state laws.
- Provide leadership and direction to the operations team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to facilitate operational activities.
- Create, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance.
- Develop and establish processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

**Your Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Manager, or relevant role.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate operational management and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and operational management software.
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- BSc/BA in business administration, management, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is preferred.
