El objetivo de esta posición, será responsable de la atracción, gestión y cierre exitoso de nuevos negocios, adicional a que las nuevas cuentas se mantengan en un ritmo de crecimiento de ventas.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Cumplir la meta anual de cobertura de ventas
- Elaboración de las propuestas que serán presentadas a clientes considerando margen y tiempos
- Negociación y desarrollo de nuevos clientes
- Trabajar en conjunto con los equipos internos para las funciones de preventa
- Desarrollo de estrategias de ventas: desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas para penetrar nuevos mercados, aumentar la participación de mercado y maximizar la generación de ingresos
- Comprender las necesidades del cliente, brindar soluciones personalizadas, abordar inquietudes y garantizar altos níveles de satisfacción del cliente para fomentar asociaciones a largo plazo.
- Realizar cierres exitosos y ser responsable de la documentación legal que se necesite para concluir el proceso
- Seguimiento a la facturación y cobranza
- Mantener los registros al día en pipeline
- Enfoque a nuevos negocios

**Requisitos**:

- Ing. terminada en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la información, Carreras comerciales con experiência en Consultoría de TI
- 10 años de experiência en ventas de proyectos de TI
- Experiência en preventa, venta y gestión de proyectos
- Experiência en Fintech, Sector financiero o retail.
- Experiência en ventas de software, proyectos de Staffing de IT y desarrollo y/o Servicios Profesionales
- NO INFRAESTRUCTURA

Sueldo: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes
