**Purpose & Objective of Position**
Be part of the Customer Office team that manage our customers’ Pre and Post Sales processes always looking to achieve the adoption of SAP products and services to our customers with the highest level of satisfaction.
**Expectations & Tasks**
Responsibilities to be performed include:
- Be SAP operational point of contact with Asociación de Usuarios de SAP México (ASUGMEX) to support the strategy around to increase new members, follow-up to meeting´s agreements, participate in ASUGMEX sessions, support events and prepare quarterly result reports.
- Follow up on the SAP Net Promoter Score (NPS) - survey process as well as action plans agreed with SAP areas and customers, prepare closing letters and quarterly reports.
- Customer facing´s activities to ensure better relationship.
- Ability to support escalations and tracking of incidents reported by customers.
**Skills / Competencies**
- Communication skills in Spanish and English
- Soft Skills: Result oriented, customer-centric, proactive attitude, disciplined, able to efficiently work under pressure, adaptable to constant change.
**Educational Requirements & Qualifications**:.
- Undergraduated Student in business administration, software engineering, economics, computer sciences
- Maximum 2 years of experience.
- Previous experience or internships in similar technology & Operations companies in customer facing is a plus.
