**Business Intelligence Analyst**

The BI Analyst is a technical role within our Quality Assurance team that requires a highly motivated professional willing to participate and contribute to all areas of advanced reporting & analytics. This position will report to the Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager in the Americas Region and will have high exposure to Top Management. The BI Analyst is expected to scope, analyze, enhance, and validate BI reporting & analytics and deliver dashboard solutions in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide analytical support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation. Prepare various visualization reports using operational data on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Become Point of Contact for Dashboard support and training across all plants / technical centers.
- Ability to analyze and extract relevant information from large, complicated data sets of structured and unstructured data.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to ensure data quality.
- Manage the design and development of technical infrastructure using the Microsoft SharePoint web platform / Teams platform.
- Automate processes with the use of Power Automate Tool.
- Train business users in SharePoint and Power BI Platforms

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Advanced English
- Advanced Excel required.
- Experience implementing and managing SharePoint Lists / Teams Groups.
- Experience implementing Power Automate Flows.
- Experience Interaction with Business Intelligence Tools.
