**Wipro,**a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company is looking for your talent to join into one of our projects as a **Customer Service Representative.**

This position belongs to the Digital Operations and Platforms ( **DOP**) area of the company.

**J͏ob Responsibilities**:

- Solving telephone requests from existing customers.
- Providing information about products and services (additional services, tariffs).
- Providing information on Billing for services and payments for customer's services.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Work with Service Requests and their transfer to all competent departments (creation, sending, closing, informing the customer about the status of the request).

**R͏equirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in Customer service.
- English advanced level.
- High school graduated.
- Professional customer service skills : solution mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience.
- Fair written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and logical thinking.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Thinks outside of the box.
- Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.
- Problem solving abilities.
