This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:
Sales Manager

**Your Role: Own the Challenge**

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the defined integrator channel sales strategy for Robotics Sales in Mexico, with the goal of strengthening ABB’s market presence and supporting its growth ambitions. You will lead sales initiatives to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets, focusing on orders, revenue, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role contributes to the Robotics Business Unit in Mexico.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement the agreed channel sales strategy within the approved budget.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery timelines, payment terms, and general conditions, in alignment with ABB’s offerings and strategy.
- Execute targeted marketing activities and clearly communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the assigned region.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the sales process and support cash collection and project management when required.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in industrial robotics sales and/or automation project sales.
- Knowledge of control systems implementation and industrial safety.
- Willingness to travel.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge in programming and configuring industrial and/or collaborative robots is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering completed.
