Ability to leverage deep technical expertise along with strong communication and leadership skills to help clarify and define the unknown with a goal of delivering business outcomes and differentiating solutions. - Agent of Change. Ability to help facility change across organizations. Ability to embrace complex challenges, distill them down, and help organizations understand the value proposition of the vision. Ability to rapidly align and onboard teams to delivery using the latest processes and toolsets. - Knowledgeable. Leverage a sophisticated understanding of IT Architecture with the ability to align it with a client's business strategy to build a trusted advisor type relationship up to and including C-Level executives **Responsibilities**: - Closely work with the NTT Data Services, technical delivery teams, and Account teams on individual opportunities to shape our strategy and price to win. - Engage with clients and delivery teams to assist in Performing discovery, analysis, design, build, test and deploy of Cloud enabled solutions. - Working with clients on evaluating functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and align with NTT Data Services capabilities. - Working with regional leadership and capability leads on options for training to build the next generation of enterprise architects. **Requirements**: - Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Solutioning and the ability to leverage other client work products, reference architectures and frameworks to document and collaborate with Clients and teams. - Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills. - Deep understanding of public cloud providers and capabilities with a focus on primarily Azure and AWS with some client needs for GCP. - Experience in working with clients at VP level and above. - Excellent communications, both verbal (e.g.: presentations, seminars, etc.), and written (e.g. : reports, articles, etc.). - Strong interpersonal skills - Group session facilitation techniques - Good leadership and motivational skills. - Marketing ("selling" the results of architectural approaches through presentations). - Critical thinking skills employed to analyze and prescribe outcomes to Clients and Teams - Time management and the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple clients at the same time Preferred Experience: - 10 years' experience planning, deploying Cloud environments and/or Digital transformation programs at Enterprise Clients and the Fortune 500 - Veteran systems integration and consulting Architect experience at either a Hyperscaler or Big 4 consulting firm - Leadership and Coaching experience leading and developing teams of technologists in a consulting or sales consulting environment. - Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred but not required. - Ability to travel to Mexico City and other major cities in Mexico. **About NTT DATA Services** **NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
