**Responsabilidades**:
Administer and maintain the organization’s information systems to ensure that they function reliably and in
accordance with user needs. Install and configure most complex information systems and associated hardware in
accordance with technical specifications. Communicate with system users. Efficiently investigate, trouble-shoot,
and resolve system problems. When necessary, escalate system problems to more senior staff. May coach or
provide guidance to lower-level support analysts.

**Requisitios**:
1. Local Help Desk for end-users support; provides support to all new technologies (hardware & software)
required by the company
2. Expertise on MS Office to provide support and training to end-users.
3. New Software /Software Installation /. Install and set up the new equipment in the company
4. Control of Licenses / PC Inventory / PC Maintenance. Perform the corrective maintenance to the
computer systems (hardware) of all company.
5. Solves the different problems in the networks and connectivity of all the computer equipment of the
company.
6. Provide preventive/corrective maintenance to Tranxfer equipment.
7. Provide preventive/corrective maintenance to the Check in / out clocks used in for time and attendance
8. Windows / Cell Phones Support Solution to the problems of telephony and communication that appear in
the company.
9. Evaluates and implements the new technologies (hardware, software) required by the company.
10. Watch the lines of communications UPS and the emergency plant work correctly.
11. Support cabling to implement LAN topologies.
12. Work with maintenance team in order to have safety AC installations
13. Provide fist support on the electronic repairs.

1. A Bachelor of Science Degree in computer discipline is required.
2. English skills to deal in a multicultural labor environment. 70%

6. Solves the different problems in the networks and conectivity of all the computer equipments of the company.
7. Solution to the problems of telephony and communication that appear in the company.
8. Evaluates and implements the new technologies (hardware, software) required by the company.

10. Provides support to all new technologies (hardware & software) required by the comany.
