Patient Support Program Manager

Incrementar el apego a tratamientos de enfermedades crónicas, dando soporte a las Unidades de Negocio para la implementación de modelos de atención, que permitan cubrir necesidades de los pacientes, mediante las herramientas del programa de apoyo a pacientes, garantizando el cumplimiento de los KPIs propuestos. Asegurar la correcta ejecución de las tácticas propuestas para ayudar a los pacientes a tener un mejor acceso a los medicamentos y acompañamientos durante el tratamiento. De igual forma, es responsable del seguimiento a los proveedores que otorgan servicio a el Programa de apoyo a pacientes para asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPIs (Call Center, CRM, Monitores y educadoras en campo, centros de infusión y aseguradoras) y generar los reportes para seguimiento a inclusión de pacientes para las diferentes unidades de negocio.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar programas tanto para pacientes en el sector privado como para pacientes en el sector público cumpliendo las necesidades no cubiertas.
- Dentro de los programas para pacientes en el segmento privado es responsable de realizar e implementar programas de valor agregado que ayuden a la asequibilidad del producto.
- Administrar a los diferentes proveedores de servicios del programa de paciente garantizando la excelencia en el servicio al cliente.
- Liderar un equipo de monitores (enfermedades raras) y enfermeras (inmunología y oncología) enfocados en el manejo del paciente, en el entendimiento de su padecimiento y en estrategias par maximizar el tratamiento
- Colaborar con las partes interesadas internas para garantizar la ejecución exitosa del programa.
- Monitorear y analizar las métricas del programa y brindar recomendaciones para mejorar el programa.
- Ser propietario de los procesos y controles necesarios en materia regulatoria, legal y de cumplimiento, farmacovigilancia y calidad.
- Consolidar la implementación de estrategias digitales para los diferentes proyectos para así lograr optimización de procesos y recursos

Educación, Experiência y Competencias:

- Título Universitario (marketing, ciencia, económicas, ciencias de la salud)
- Deseable: MBA. Cnocimientos de marketing y su aplicación a diversos sectores. Experiência previa en programas de pacientes, en HCP y marketing de clientes.
