We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a** ServiceNow Solution Architect**

**Job Summary**

Guides and leads the delivery of ServiceNow implementations by providing guidance and thought leadership to both our client and internal resources in platform design, integration design, development standards, platform management methods, and technology strategy consulting. Find solutions to business problems. Ensuring that the new solutions fit into the existing enterprise architecture from the technical, business, user, and other perspectives. They must be able to describe the solution in a language that is understandable to all. They should be able to facilitate communication (bridge the gap) between process owners and the C-Suite.

**Requirements**:

- Participated in several ServiceNow implementations across various disciplines.
- 3+ years of architecting solutions in the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow scripting. JavaScript, Angular JS, Soap, Rest, JSON, Ajax, CSS, SaSS, HTML5, SP Widgets, and XML are all desired.
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand how the technologies available can be used to solve the business problem.
- Understand how the ServiceNow digital solution will scale in the future and how it will be supported.
- Configuration vs. Customization
- Technical Debt
- Ability to define the Risk vs. Value Proposition for third party integrations with ServiceNow
- Ability to clearly define for stakeholders how Governance works with respect to the platform and how it works with respect to the project.
- Ability to clearly define with Organizational Change Management is and why it is a key component of a successful project.

**Certifications Required**

IT4IT ITILv4 TOGAF Should have their SN Certifications: CSA CAD ITSM Plus two other discipline CIS-Certifications: ITOM ITAM ITBM CSM FSM SecOps/GRC Certified System Administrator.
