**Principales Actividades**:
**Seguridad basada en el comportamiento HCM**
- Administrar el área de trabajo seguro.
- Personal realice trabajo seguro.
- Personal utilice EPP requerido.
**Asegurarse de que el personal esté siguiendo los procedimientos operativos estándar (refuerce el SOP)**
- Emitir acciones disciplinarias acorde a reglamento interior de trabajo.
- Asegurarse de que los documentos necesarios para realizar el trabajo estén disponibles
- Emisión de documentación de control en (HCM) Según la operación.
- Procedimiento actividades, manejo de materiales.
- Realización actividades de TPM, mantenimiento diario y semanal.
- Realizar los requerimientos de químicos para funcionamiento del proceso.
- Coordinar, solicitar y participar en los soluciones.
**Proveer los recursos necesarios para lograr los requerimientos específicos del departamento.**
- Asegurar la actualización de las ayudas visuales, instrucciones de trabajo y check list de equipo y/o maquinaria.
- Asegurarse de tener actualizado inventarios de herramientas y consumibles.
- Seguimiento al cumplimiento de KPis definidos para el área asignada.
**Asegurar el flujo del proceso**
- Asegurar la ejecución de programas de producción.
- Dirigir, supervisar, revisar y capacitar al personal.
- Procedimientos de producción Hirschvogel.
- Experiência en uso de ERP SAP.
- Aptitud para el trabajo en equipo y capacidad de comunicación.
- Fiabilidad, capacidad de gran rendimiento/resistencia y disponibilidad de actuación.
- Comportamiento en planificación y orientación estratégica.
**El perfil**:
**Escolaridad: Ingeniería, Técnico Superior Universitario, o equivalente en área mecánica o industrial.**
**Experiência y aptitudes requeridas**:
- SAP general
- Gestión de Seguridad y Calidad en el proceso
- Métodos y herramientas para la solución de problemas
- Control de produccion
- Aptitud para el trabajo en equipo y capacidad de comunicación
- Capacidad de solucionar problemas
- Dirección orientada al logro los objetivos
- Ingles intermedio (Deseable)
