**Sr. Analyst, /GBS DF Platform Enablement - IAI Specialist**

**Main Purpose**

GBS Digital Factory Platform Enablement - Intelligent Automation Specialist is a Techno functional position with great skills in RPA, AI, ML, Computer Vision, knowledge in Process Mining. Position Requires high degree of Communication skills. As a Technology Architect and specialist, you will be working with GBS Digital factory team enabling RPA, AI/ML solutions on Intelligent Automation Platform and supporting development, platform provisioning, ID Management & Platform Operation. This role will also be responsible for development & implementation of Platform components, Onboarding new projects to IA platforms and DevOps across all the RPA, Document Understanding, Conversational AI, Process Mining and AI-ML projects.

**Accountabilities**
- Experience in leading teams to deliver production strength Automation use cases utilizing technologies such as RPA, Machine Learning and Cognitive /AI. Exposure to intelligent automation such as OCR (optical character recognition), Intelligent Character recognition, content translation and Computer Vision.
- Provide technical leadership, oversight and guidance of new automation development initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Design solutions utilizing UI Path RPA and AI/ML best practices and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a project
- Architect and Lead Document Understanding & Computer Vision (RPA, OCR, ICR) projects and platform initiatives
- Work with Conversational AI team to implant various AI ML techniques to meet business needs
- Architect and Lead AI-ML /Conversational AI /Cognitive Search platform from scratch to deliver mission-critical projects
- Creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems
- Use data analysis and statistical techniques to develop solutions to improve customer experience and to guide business decision making
- Collaborate with multiple teams as a leader of quantitative analysis and where you develop solutions that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity
- Identify predictors and causes of business-related problems and implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction
- Experienced with agile development methodology (i.e. SAFe 5) and Product Management experience highly desired
- Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
- Identifying and communicating the technical, functional and non-functional requirements
- Resolving issues that might come up during development
- Creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems
- Oversee various responsibilities of project and platform initiatives until the project is delivered and deployed successfully
- Use data analysis and statistical techniques to develop solutions to improve customer experience and to guide business decision making
- Provide weekly status of automation initiative across GBS sectors.
- Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a change control process
- Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow.
- Collaborate with multiple teams as a leader of quantitative analysis and where you develop solutions that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity
- Identify predictors and causes of business-related problems and implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction
- Playing a role in streamlining various dashboards/Power BI capabilities within IAI Implementation
- Oversee various responsibilities of project initiatives until the project is delivered and deployed successfully
