．Assisting the general manager to deal with tasks ranging from project planning to staff management
．Nurturing positive working relationships with the staffs
．Maintaining good government relations
．Ensuring company standards, policies, and procedures
．Addressing issues in a timely fashion
．Contract management
．Meeting translation
【条件要求】
・本科毕业，具墨西哥工作签证者优先考量
・具人资与行政相关经验佳
・善于沟通，反应灵敏等特质佳
・中文母语，英语及西班牙语商业水平（DELE B2）
【工作时间】
・每周一至五 8:00-18:00（须有工作弹性，能配合时差与中国总部汇报）
