**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**

Esta posición pertenece al departamento de Legal.

Esta persona será responsable por establecer las causas y circunstancias de los incidentes, determinar las responsabilidades y proporcionar información relevante que apoye el proceso de toma de decisiones de acuerdo con las directrices de gestión de las investigaciones.

**Reporta a**:Security Manager.

**Nível de Reporte**:Gerencial.

**Foco Geográfico**:Región Pacifico y Central.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Establecer enlaces y mantener relaciones permanentes con los organismos judiciales, autoridades policiales locales y otros organismos pertinentes encargados de hacer cumplir la ley para crear canales de comunicación sólidos entre estos organismos y la Compañía.
- Proporcionar información pertinente a las autoridades para apoyar las investigaciones.
- Prestar asistencia técnica a la Dirección de Operaciones en relación con los procesos de investigación.
- Asegurar la correcta gestión de todos los activos bajo su responsabilidad, para cumplir con la Estrategia de Seguridad Corporativa.
- Aprovechar la comprensión y el apoyo de las partes interesadas (internas y externas) para apoyar la adopción de decisiones mejor informadas a la hora de abordar eficazmente las preocupaciones/cuestiones de seguridad.
- Asegurar la administración y gestión de la información confidencial en su área de responsabilidad y contribuir a los objetivos de ventas.

**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**
- Experiência en Seguridad durante al menos 3 años en industria privada.
- Comprender los métodos que podrían utilizarse para perpetrar actos delictivos, incluido el fraude, contra la empresa y su personal.
- Licencia de conducir al día.
- Capacidad de manejar vehículo estándar.
- Disponibilidad para movilizarse entre región pacífico y central según necesidad de la compañía.
- Título universitario.
- Ingles intermedio.
- Manejo de paquete de Office.
