Senior CXM Strategist

**Job Description**:

- Coordinar al equipo de trabajo para eficientar las tareas y actividades y garantizar los tiempos y entregas al cliente.
- Controlar y reportar las inversiones de las marcas y planes de medios.
- Crear y ejecutar los planes tácticos de acuerdo a la estrategia de la marca.
- Estandarizar procesos de trabajo para eficientar los reportes, análisis y entregables al cliente
- Elaboración de reportes post buy y cruce con resultados de negocio de cliente.
- Coordinar junto con las áreas especializadas para el cumplimiento de objetivos, entregables, reportes, mejoras y medición de campañas.
