Guide and develop the country’s fast-growing sales leadership team that helps drive Uline’s success as North America’s top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials

**Better together **This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Guide and support sales initiatives for our Mexican Branches and Sales Offices, identifying and driving best practices throughout territories nationwide.
- Oversee Mexico’s Sales Directors, Managers and Trainers, collaborating to implement targeted strategies that meet sales and profitability goals.
- Conduct joint calls throughout our Mexican territories, evaluating performance and coaching sales staff.
- Deliver hands-on, field-oriented training and mentorship to develop the overall capabilities of the Mexico sales team.
- Communicate and present company updates and directives to Branch and Corporate sales leaders.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in sales / sales management with strong coaching skills.
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish)** - strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive sales experience in B2B supplies. An industrial, distribution or business services focus is **preferred.**
- Travel to Uline’s Mexico locations up to 50% of the year, with some travel to the U.S.
