We are looking for a **_Safety and Environment Engineer_** for our operations in Monterrey, Mexico.
**Job Requirements**
Engineering bachelor’s degree.
3-7 years’ experience.
Advanced english
Strong organizational skills.
Initiative to follow up on pending issues.
Strong computer skills with high degree of comfort using MS Office Suite.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage EHS programs and procedures.
- Create, maintain, and oversee the compliance calendar for all regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor the compliance of the EHS regulations on time.
- Attention to municipal, state or federal authorities in audits or inspections in matters of Safety, Hygiene and Environmental.
- Keep all EHS updated.
- Assure Safety is First in all employees.
- Develop annual Safety program.
- Develop annual Environmental Program.
- Keep “Zero accidents” rate in the plant and “Zero lost day” due accidents.
- Coordination of Medical Department.
- Coordination of EHS campaigns.
- Support the Security of the plant and Control Access.
