**Key Responsabilities**
- Collaborate with customers to define and implement data strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design and develop scalable data architectures and analytics solutions using modern big data tools.
- Lead workshops and consulting engagements to guide clients through data modernization and AI readiness.
- Educate stakeholders on emerging data science technologies and frameworks.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through assessments, roadmaps, and strategic planning.

**Desired Profile**
- Strong technical expertise in data engineering, analytics, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience with tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or similar.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead client-facing engagements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving measurable impact through data.

**Who You Are**

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Experience in data consulting, with a proven track record of delivering transformative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of the organization
- Skilled in tailoring insights to present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Understands CrispDM methodology and/or Six Sigma's DMAIC
- Familiarity with microservice architecture
- Client-facing experience as a data engineer/consultant
- In-depth understanding of analytics and data science
- Up-to-date knowledge of current data tools and industry changes and analyze big data
- Intermediate to advanced English (evaluated during the interview process)

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Skilled in planning, organization, analytics, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Comfortable working with statistics
