**Hardware Validation - Electrification Engineer**

Hardware Validation team is seeking for enthusiast engineer that would like to be part of this challenging step forward, willing to participate as a key contributor in Hardware Design Validation group and Platforms Testing for Reliability global efforts.. It would become ins a highly specialized engineer for Battery Management System solutions, while developing experience in other product lines as well.

**General**:

- Based on detailed Customer requirements, developing of Test Plans for Environmental and EMC.
- Define Test Strategies, including Test flow, Equipment Needs, and Timing.
- Coordinate technical and management activities and lead towards a successful test campaigns in immerse collaborative environment.
- Track and coordinate all action in preparation to the execution of Test Campaigns:

- As the Hardware Validation Engineer is a key part of the product development team, excellent communication and team skills are required.

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering degree or higher
- Experience at least 3 years in Hardware Validation, Hardware Design, Testing Validation.
- Advance English
- Be able to relocate to Queretaro - MEX
