Inside Sales Representative

KioSoft Technologies LLC (“KioSoft”) is a growing hardware and software company providing turnkey custom solutions for the Commercial Laundry, Vending, and other unattended Payment Industries. KioSoft has operations in the United States, Canada, China, Korea, and authorized dealers worldwide.
We are looking to hire two (4) Inside Sales Representatives in **Mexico City**
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responding to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
- Outbound and Inbound calling
- Building rapport with customers
- Collecting customer information for future follow-ups
- Closing sales and achieving company quotas
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Staying informed about product and service information updates
- Other duties as assigned
- _**Minimum Qualifications**
- Ability to clearly communicate (read, write and speak) in English and Spanish
- Must be able to travel to Mexico City office
- 2-5 years experience in Customer Service and/or Sales
- Ability to travel to Canada and USA for training (valid passport and visa)
- Experience with Salesforce/CRM considered an asset
- Experience using Miscrosoft Office
- Excellent customer service
- Clear communication and active listening
- Ability to process information well
- People-oriented and experienced in rapport-building
- Ability to sell and promote
- Working knowledge of various technology and software programs
- Strong product knowledge
- Excellent time management
