**Position**:
Business Operations Manager

Join our ECS division at Arrow in Guadalajara We're growing our team, and this is your opportunity to be part of it. Our scope is focused on the financial side of the operation.

The Business Operations Manager will oversee a team of individual contributors who are responsible for maintaining and providing support of financial topics, such as pricing, authorization, disputes, and resolution. In this role, leadership, acute organizational skills, analytical thinking, and great communication skills will be the way to success.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Monitors workflow, task distribution and coverage to ensure SLAs are achieved and business needs are being met.
- Compiles and analyzes key performance metrics and resolution support.
- Gets involved with sales and operation to handle escalations.
- Manages team and collaborates with other teams to ensure operational excellence to customers and suppliers.
- Coaches and trains team, including responsibility for performance and meeting KPI's. Gets involved on supporting employee on career path.
- Review aging on disputes, resolutions, and research root cost issues to implement solutions.
- Monitors compliance with set prices for the customer or vendor.
- Ensure resources are being optimally used to achieve business unit goals.
- Assist team with difficult disputes and offers guidance accordingly.

**What Are We Looking For?**
- 6-8 years of experience in a similar role within the field; a 4-year degree is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and superior multi-tasking capabilities
- Effective time management skills
- Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly
- Proven leadership experience
- Oracle ERP, Salesforce and PowerBI experience a plus

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:
$60,241.67 - $72,892.42 MXN Monthly
