As a Procurement Category Lead, you will be responsible for designing, leading, and implementing sourcing strategies within specific categories, ensuring proper tactical execution across the NSA (Northern South America), Caribbean & Andean regions. You will work closely with global and regional teams to generate synergies, align with key stakeholders, and deliver sustainable savings through a structured procurement approach.

- Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities: analysis, strategy, negotiation, and execution.
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with global procurement goals.
- Lead competitive sourcing processes (RFPs, RFQs, tenders).
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across regions and globally.
- Ensure proper implementation of contracts and monitor compliance with defined KPIs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Category Management.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and stakeholder management at a regional or global level.
- Strong knowledge of Category Management methodologies and procurement tools.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) - minimum C1 level.
- Previous experience in multinational or regional environments is a plus.
