**Responsabilidades**:
Responsible for administering, planning, coordinating, and supervising activities, tasks, and personnel in the engineering department to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines. Establishes key contact between various departments involved in projects, ensuring effective and fluid communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise activities and personnel within the engineering department.
- Oversee design activities and engineering projects.
- Develop new products and evaluate project timelines.
- Ensure the quality of plans and documentation.
- Resolve mechanical problems and guarantee safety standards.
- Calculate time and resources for engineering projects.
- Prepare budgets and control departmental expenses.
- Establish metrics for the department and measure compliance with goals.
- Identify continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Set and follow production standards.
- Ensure production lines meet safety, quality, and capacity requirements.

**Requisitos**:
**What You Need to Join Our Team**
- Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of Office Suite and design tools (AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proactive individual with attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise personnel.
- Strong team-building skills with a customer-oriented focus.
- Decision-making and conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of blueprint interpretation, technical reasoning, and ISO 9001 standards.
