**What you will do?**
- Lead projects to be completed on time, quality and target cost.
- Implement product engineering initiatives efficiently, in accordance with corporate policies, procedures and specifications.
- Collaborates with global design teams centers to ensure that new product launches and current product enhancements are incorporated into specifications and procedures so that they meet the process requirements for introducing new products.
- Collaborates with all departments of the plant to find root cause and solution of problems related to design, quality, suppliers, product or process.

**Initial 2-year fixed-term contract**

**How you will do it?**
- Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
- Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations.
- Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and scope for involved stakeholders during implementation.
- Present project status and escalations to multiple levels of operations leadership
- Support Continuous Improvement Initiatives as well as contribute to Value Analysis & Value Engineering.
- Actively work to find solutions to challenging issues that support business directives and customer needs.
- Evaluate material technical specification and standards for deviation proposals.
- Coordination and release of all supporting Manufacturing Documentation and other key deliverables for the projects.
- Tracking all ECNs and deviation created for the projects.
- Manage scope and product changes and product improvement.
- Implement action plans and alternative solutions to mitigate project risks.
- Team management
- Serves as the first line of communication between design and NPI

**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent Project Management, Organizational and Interpersonal Skills in relation to NPI Engineering tasks
- Excellent attention to detail in relation to oral and written communications
- Interpretation of engineering specifications.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively execute tasks under a pressure environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- English strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
- Strong team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.

**Preferred**
- SAP operational knowledge or other MRP system

**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
- 5+ years of project management experience,
