**Job Summary**:
This role provides an opportunity for growth, with a short-term option to progress into an HR Manager position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage HR programs and policies across the organization.
- Administer payroll and benefits processes.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues as needed.
- Contribute to the development and revision of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and engagement programs, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
- Contribute to the dissemination and implementation of corporate culture initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a human resources role in the IT services industry. Preferably in a nearshoring context.
- Excellent understanding of HR practices and labor legislation in Mexico.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
- 100% Bilingual in Spanish and English.
