**Description & Requirements**:

- What You Will Do

Responsible for quality assurance, as well as for the introduction of new products or implementation of changes.

Oversees that the laboratory members and the final auditor perform their work according to quality standards.

Ensures product quality in accordance with specific customer requirements.

Support the different departments with the launching of tests relevant to the laboratory or the final audit area.

Feedback of problems (defects) found in the final audit area.

Audit of product to finished material.

Participates and supports in quality system meetings.

Participates and gives support related to quality systems management and EHSS, objectives, targets and programs.

Supports Quality Technicians to carry out line failure checks by means of TR's.Quality control, KPI reporting.
- Creates and maintains the Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) for responsible products.

Interacts with other Harman organizations to ensure all qualification issues are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.

Develops detailed product specific test plans in accordance with customer specifications and/or standards.

Thorough understanding of customer specifications and requirements.

Develops validation designs, including alternatives to manual testing.

Responsible for test development in order to determine that devices under test meet required standards and specifications, maintaining and updating reports, test plans, test files and test dataas required.
